Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“the Terms”) govern your use of the overseas physical Mac mini dedicated rental service (“the Service”) provided by UseToken (“we”). By using the Service, you agree to the Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a monthly rental of a dedicated physical Mac mini housed in a datacenter in Japan or Korea. During the rental period you receive remote access (SSH and remote desktop) to the machine with administrator privileges. The hardware remains our property and is returned to us when the rental ends.
2. Account and usage responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your access credentials and for all activity carried out using your account and the device. You must comply with the laws of the jurisdiction where the machine is located. You bear the consequences of any failure to safeguard your credentials or any misuse.
3. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service for unlawful activities, to store or distribute illegal content, to launch network attacks, to abuse network bandwidth, or otherwise to disrupt the normal operation of networks. If we discover such activity, we may immediately suspend or terminate the Service with no refund.
4. Service changes and termination
We may adjust the Service for datacenter, hardware, or operational reasons. You may stop renewing at any time to end the Service. We reserve the right to terminate the Service if you breach the Terms. After a rental ends, we securely erase the device before handing it to the next customer.
5. Data and the device
Data on the device during the rental period is managed by you; we take no responsibility for backing up your data. Please keep your own backups. After the rental ends, we perform a complete secure erase of the device, and your data cannot be recovered.
6. Disclaimer and liability cap
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our cumulative liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the Service.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may update the Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are published on this page and take effect on the date of publication. Continuing to use the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Disputes and contact
